Sarah Matthews, Masterpiece Living Coordinator, conducted Monday workshops for residents through the month of November. The workshops were organized through Masterpiece Living and the Mayo Clinic with a focus on the strategies to eliminate stress and the health benefits of maintaining a stress free lifestyle. November 24th was the "Stress-Free" class graduation. |
